Using Statistic to Win the Lottery
Author: Ryan
If you are like most people then you probably love to hear about facts and statistics. There are all kinds of statistics but the most of them are useless to the average person and their everyday life. One interesting but useless statistic is the farthest you can see with the naked eye is 2.4 million light years away! (140,000,000,000,000,000,000 miles.) That's the distance to the giant Andromeda Galaxy. You can see it easily as a dim, large gray "cloud" almost directly overhead in a clear night sky.
Now when it comes to winning the lottery the chances of winning are around 14 million to 1 and winning the lottery twice is around 3,669,120,000,000 to 1 but the funny thing is that people have won more than once. One case is of Valerie Wilson, who works at a Long Island deli, said she won another $1 million on a lottery scratch-off game last month. "The first time I couldn't believe it," Wilson told Newsday. "This time I said, 'God's on my side.'"
Wilson, 56, beat some long odds to pull off her double victory. In 2002, her winning ticket in the Cool Million scratch-off game, which has since been discontinued, was a shot of 1 in 5.2 million, according to the New York State Lottery. Last month, she beat odds of 1 in 705,600 when she got the $1 million prize in the New York lottery's Jubilee scratch-off game. Now these where not jackpot hits but it just goes to prove that little wins add up.
Then there is the guy that spends almost all the money he makes in a year's time on buying lottery tickets. The man Ray Otero from New York believes that if he spends just about all of his many on buying lottery tickets then he is increasing his chances of winning but the problem with this is he is just buying tickets and letting the machine pick the numbers for him. If you want to increase your chances of winning the lottery by buying more tickets that's fine but you need to be using a software or wheeling system to make it effective.
Picking numbers and buying tickets in such a random way does not help your odds by that much, yes each ticket you buy slightly increases your odds but the truth is that if you bought a ticket on Monday the odds are better that you will be dead on Saturday then win the lottery, its disturbing but true. Now if you buy that many tickets and combine it with a lottery system or wheeling method then your chances of winning over dying are much better because you would stack the odds in your favor.
By wheeling numbers you increase your odds from 14 million to 1 to a mind blowing 500,000 to 1. Imagine having those kinds of odds on your side and then imagine buying multiple tickets and how that would increase your odds. Remember Ray if he used a wheeling system with all the tickets he has bought there is no doubt that he would have won multiple times by now. Now if Ray had used a lottery system like this one then he would have been winning almost every other time he had played and those are good statistics.
