How many of us couldn't use a hug on a daily basis----------well, when you get out of bed as part of your daily practice in the morning wrap your arms around yourself and just say "Good Morning----What a Great Day to be Alive!!!!"Your goal for the week --------if you choose to accept it--- is to try to hug at least 10 people per day.
