Why do you need to change a toner cartridge?

There are various factors for which a toner cartridge is required to be changed. Some of them are:-
• The printer points the full capacity of toner. It shows low toner; that implies that few hundred of pages can be printed without any problem.
• Repeated shortcomings of similar variety may be developed in pages.
• Users can change the toner in black and white printer. But it is difficult to change the color toner of the colored printer. You have to ring the helpdesk for the changes in color printer.
• The appearance of the turning out of printer might be withered.
Model of printer
Generally two names are subscripted on the printer, one is the printer’s name and the other is its model name. What is required to change a toner cartridge is the model name. Only with this information, store person can let you know about the toner cartridge to be applied. If there is any confusion regarding the exchange, give your serial number to the manufacturer to make sure to receive appropriate toner cartridge.
Steps to replace toner cartridge
• New cartridge is taken back to the printer and fresh toner cartridge is taken out from the package.
• Switch off the printer.
• Remove the tone cover from the printer.
• Remove the older toner from the printer. It should show low tone to print with a modest amount of a pressure.
• Take out the new toner and remove the strip from the cartridge. Take care that there is a small tab bound to plastic strip on the side of the cartridge. This strip is also to be removed; else the printer will print only blank sheets. Take care that the toner is not spilled over you. If it does, wash it off with cold water.
• Fix the new cartridge in the printer in the similar manner as you removed an older one. There will be directions to help you to place it correctly.
• After setting down the cartridge, place the toner cover over it.
• Switch on the printer.
• Print few pages
You are successful, if the print appears wonderful. Pack the old cartridge in the pack like the new one and give it to some recycler. People might get the credit for their old cartridges.
Deducing the fault, if any
Sometime there can be some problem with the trial pages as the cartridge may be faulty or refurbished. If there is a change that was not with the previous toner, there will be some problem with the toner cartridge. Use another cartridge and see the change in printing. If there is again the same problem then there might be problem with the printer else with the toner cartridge.
