IF I WON THE LOTTERY, I WOULDN'T NEED TO JOB SEARCH! Let's take a look at how many peoplewin lotteries in a year's time. We allknow the numbers are small. But what if you won a lottery with oodlesof money at your disposal. What wouldyou do? A lot of people immediately say: "Theywould quit their jobs". Others say: "Theywould travel". Some say: "I'd pay offmy debts" A few say: "I'd help the worldreduce its problems of disease, poverty,etc." It's possible for others to say: "I'dhelp my relatives". Whatever the reasons for using lotterymoney, these are the reasons you need touse to job search, regardless of what financial state you find yourself in. Try it this way. As you make mental plansabout how to spend your imaginary lotterywinnings, look at your choices. They areyour life values. Don't discount them! Whether you have won the lottery or not today, do some of the things thatyou ascribe to the values you believein. If it's in helping Uncle Joe, thenjust do it!
