Feel Ready to Conquer the World with Your Beauty Right After Waking Up with these Tips!
Author: Dina Farass
When you see a female TV or movie star on screen in a scene where she just woke up, don't you feel insecure about how glamorous she looks – compared to how you look after a night in bed? When you look at yourself in the mirror first thing in the morning, what you see is rumpled hair, wrinkle-filled face from sleeping in, and puffy eyes. If you want to look like a goddess who's ready to conquer the world the minute that she wakes up, follow our tips!
Wake Up Looking & Feeling Like a Goddess with these Tips
Whether you're sleeping with a special someone or waking up in bed alone, there's still a feeling of confidence that will assail you once you realize how gorgeous you look first thing in the morning. This may not be an everyday occurrence, but there are actually things that you can do to improve the way that you look right out of bed – without having to spend a lot of money on treatments from beauty salons or hair salons. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:
- Resist the temptation to sleep on your stomach
If you often sleep on your stomach, remember that the position will squash your face on one side. When you wake up, lines will appear on one side of your face which will not really do anything to boost your mood in the morning once you look at yourself in the mirror. If you're this type of sleeper, find a more comfortable sleeping position to wake up gorgeous and wrinkles-free.
- Use luxurious beddings
People spend one-third of their lives in bed. This means that you should indulge in luxurious beddings. Use satin or silk pillow covers. Not only do they feel luxurious to the touch, but they will also do wonders for your skin and hair!
- Pile your hair up in a bun before sleeping
You don't necessarily need to spend a lot of money visiting a spa in Dubai or any of the hair salons in Dubai to have gorgeous morning hair. If you have long locks, pile them up in a bun before sleeping. When you put your hair down in the morning, you won't believe how sexy that big-haired, rumpled, straight-out-of-bed look is.
- Moisturize your face, neck and feet before getting some shuteye
If you're sleeping alone, you won't have to worry about how you look so take advantage of the chance to moisturize. Use body butter all over your body to make it smooth and satiny to the touch. Don't skip on using moisturizer for face and neck. On your feet, you can slather a generous amount of lotion and wear thick socks. When you wake up in the morning, you will look smooth, satiny and gleaming all over!
